myRealPage offers you the option to transfer your existing website to
work with the RealPage Automated Internet Marketing System. You keep your
look and feel but have access to RealPage tools. myRealPage does this
on a case-by-case basis and prices will vary. Please contact

| 4. WHAT IS MYREALPAGE'S
AUTOMATED INTERNET MARKETING SYSTEM? HOW DOES IT DIFFER FROM AN ORDINARY
WEB SITE?
The RealPage Automated Marketing System includes your web
site, but also provides a workstation or Virtual Private Office, where
you will go when you log-on. From your Virtual Private Office you can
completely and easily edit your web site. You can change all of your content
with EASE! Of course, you can view your actual (consumer-oriented) web
site at any time. That web site is your public face, the site your prospects
visit to learn more about you, search for homes, get info on buying and
selling, and register to receive information. You, however, will spend
most of your on-line time in the comfort of your virtual Private Office.

CAN I PRINT FLYERS FROM MYREALPAGE LISTINGS?
Yes, feature sheets are readily available for any property,
including your contact information and picture. This feature sheet appears
on your RealPage web site for viewers to print, and also in your Virtual
Private Office for you to print.

During the set-up phase of your website, we are with you each step of
the way. Not only do we show you how to get started and maintain your
website, but we also offer marketing tips for you to get maximum exposure
for you and your website as well.

HOW DO I PUT MY LISTINGS AND PICTURES ON MY WEB SITE?
Like everything else in your RealPage, it's simple. First,
login to your Virtual Private Office and click onto the "My Listings".
You will see a button called "Add a new Listing". Fill out the
appropriate forms, including the listing's summary info, home features,
and open house times, and be sure to save all of your entries, by clicking
the "Save" button, so that they are properly stored.
Now simply click the "One Listing Photo" button
and hit the "Browse" button to find the picture file on your
hard drive, and then choose "Save" button. Your RealPage will
automatically generate the correct size and format for your photo and
thumbnail, automatically placing it on your web site and your feature
sheets. You're done! It's that quick and easy.

DO I GET BACK AND FORTH FROM MY VIRTUAL PRIVATE OFFICE TO MY WEB SITE?
It's easy! You can view your personal website anytime by
simply typing in your web site address to your favorite browser. Or you
can always view your site by clicking on "View myRealPage" in
your Virtual Private Office and a pop-up window will appear to view your
web site.

DO I CHANGE THE INFORMATION LINKS THAT I WANT ON MY WEB SITE?
Once again, it's very simple. From your RealPage Virtual
Private Office, click the "myRealPage" button to view your RealPage
options. Once in your RealPage you will see a button called "Links
and Special Reports".
From here you can click on "Add a New Link" where
you will type in the "Title" or description of the link and
the "URL Address" for the desired link. This link name will
then appear on your web site as you named it and will take the user to
the link that you provide.

HOW DO I EDIT CONTENT ON MY WEBSITE?
From your Virtual Private Office, you can click on the name
of the page you wish to edit, (i.e.: Buying Page, Selling Page, etc
).
You then use the familiar "Microsoft Word"-like editing tools (bold/italic/underline,
text color, etc
to create the perfect look for your web site. You
may even paste content from other programs into the text box. To view
your changes, click on "View myRealPage" which takes you to
your web site.

CAN I USE MY OWN DOMAIN NAME?
Yes, myRealPage.com allows you to use your own domain name.
It is a simple 2 to 3 step process that takes up to 6 days. If you have
a domain name already, you just need to go to the company you purchased
the domain from. Request a DNS Domain Name Server Change using the RealPage
name servers given to you. When that step is complete, you simply come
back to us, to complete the process. For more help on this process, you
may contact us and we will be glad to guide you
through this process. If you have not obtained a domain name yet, you
can purchase one from a company that sells domain names. We can also help
guide you through this process as well.

| 12. HOW
DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
With myRealPage, you can change your password as many times
as you need. From your Virtual Private Office Front Desk, simply click
on the "Change Password" option. You will then get the Password
Change page. Type in your new password, then confirm it (by typing it
again, exactly the same), click save and it's that easy.

CAN I ENTER A LISTING IN MY PRIVATE OFFICE
WITHOUT SHOWING IT ON MY WEB SITE?
Not a problem, when you "Add a Listing", it will
not be displayed on your web site until you click "Activate".
If you do not choose to activate the listing, it will remain loaded in
your Virtual Private Office but will not be shown to users who view your
web site.
You may wish to use this feature to enter a home's summary
information, and leave it inactive until you can think of a fitting description
or feature list.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY E-MAIL ACCOUNT?
Your e-mail account will be set up for you complete with
your own domain name (i.e.: jane@janeqagent.com), if you have chosen to
buy one. You will be given a login name and a password (which you can
change at anytime).
To log into your account, simply go to your Virtual Private
Office and click "Check my e-mail". You will be redirected to
a screen that asks for your e-mail address and password. Type those in
and click "Log In", you will now be in your e-mail account where
you can check for new messages and write messages from your account (i.e.
from: jane@janeqagent.com).

I WANT A SITE THAT NOBODY HAS. CAN I ORDER
A CUSTOM SITE?
Yes! If you have browsed through our services and are excited,
but feel that you would like to have your own personal touch, we can help!
We offer the ability to develop your own custom web site still using the
awesome power of the RealPage Automated Internet Marketing System. This
will give you creative freedom to develop your own look.
To have a web site custom built, please contact
our office and an account manager will be glad to assist. Our
designers have designed sample custom web sites that you can browse through
to get yourself thinking in the right direction.
Custom web sites are quoted on an individual basis and prices
vary depending on the features you request.

for yearly pre-paid memberships.
We accept post-dated cheques and credit cards (Visa and
